Auf Duden heißt: „(Politik) von Opportunismus geprägte, volksnahe, oft demagogische Politik, die das Ziel hat, durch Dramatisierung der politischen Lage die Gunst der Massen (im Hinblick auf Wahlen) zu gewinnen“… Als Vertreter des Populismus bezeichnet zu werden, ist keine gute Sache! Die entscheidende Rolle spielt letztendlich die Propaganda, für welches das Volk dann sich entscheiden wird. Irgendwie nach dem, was ich gesehen habe, alle Politiker sind Populisten und von Ihren Spendern, gibt es keine Namen und keine Pseudonyme“ das wird geheim gehalten. „Der Politiker selber, muss viel nachgeben und auf viele von seinem, revolutionären Ideen verzichten, denn die Stimmen, kommen nicht einfach so! Diese Forschung bringe ich nicht zu Ende, weil eine Frage, quälte mich schon:“Sind wir etwa alle Populisten? “ Das Ding ist so Freunde! Die Welt kann nicht gerettet werden… auf jeden Fall nicht so! 
Diese Frage mag provokativ erscheinen, aber sie bringt uns dazu, über unsere Rolle in der Gesellschaft und die Art und Weise, wie wir Politik betreiben und verstehen, nachzudenken. Wenn wir uns von einfachen Lösungen und polarisierenden Rhetoriken verführen lassen, laufen wir Gefahr, in die Falle des Populismus zu tappen. Es ist wichtig, dass wir uns bewusst sind, dass komplexe Probleme komplexe Lösungen erfordern und dass die Demokratie ein Raum für Diskussion, Kompromiss und Respekt für die Vielfalt der Meinungen ist.
